Busta Rhymes runs away with a head injury after falling of the stage while in the middle of a performance during a concert in New York City. He was poised as a surprise guest at O.T. Genasis' show at Webstar Hall. Not long after he started performing the hit ''CoCo'' while banging his head to the beat of his song and suddenly lost balance and fell into the crowd.
With the help of two people, he tried to stand up which was the time the photo above was taken by TMZ. He never returned to the stage after being taken backstage to clean up the blooding running all over his face .
